I always liked nice sunset pictures and when we saw this one developing just outside the windows of our hospital room, I managed to recall this little tidbit of information. It explains that when shooting sunset pictures of a city, setting the camera's White Balance to "fluorencent" not only corrects the color of the fluorescent lights in the buildings to look more like how they look in reality to your eyes, but also shifts the color of the sky to a have a little more magenta.
A happy little sunset for a happy little day.
